Your Pet’s Journey

  • 1. Initial Contact

    When you’re ready, reach out to us via phone, email, or our online booking system. We will guide you through the options available and answer any questions you may have.

  • 2. Booking and Confirmation

    Once you make a booking, you will receive a confirmation email with a unique tracking link. This link will let you follow your pet’s journey every step of the way. You can bring your pets to us or arrange a collection from your home or vet clinic.

  • 3. Arrival at Gentle Waves

    When your pet arrives in our care, it will be gently placed in a serene, temperature-controlled environment to rest while we prepare for the next steps.

  • 4. Keepsakes Created

    We check your pet’s identification and booking before cremation and attend to any specific last wishes (such as taking fur clippings or paw prints). These keepsakes are checked so that they meet our high-quality standards at this stage.

  • 5. Private Water Cremation

    Your pet’s cremation will be carried out privately to ensure they are treated with the highest level of care.

  • 6. Back to Home

    We will contact you as soon as your pet’s ashes and keepsakes are ready to be collected or personally returned by us to your home.
