How to become a partner clinic?
Getting started is simple. Get in touch with our team and we’ll guide you through a short onboarding process, including access to our Vet Portal, pricing and ongoing support from our team.

How do we arrange a collection and do you offer same-day collections?
Our team can arrange same-day or scheduled collections directly from your clinic. Families are also welcome to bring their beloved pet to our Takapuna facility if preferred.
For urgent requests or assistance, our team is always available by phone or email.

How long does the process take?
Ashes are typically returned to your clinic within 5–7 working days. Families are also welcome to collect them directly from our facility, and delivery can be arranged if needed.
